{"id":557,"date":"2025-08-28T09:54:49","date_gmt":"2025-08-28T07:54:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ctl.create.aau.dk\/?page_id=557"},"modified":"2025-09-03T08:52:04","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T06:52:04","slug":"lab-project-storage-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ctl.create.aau.dk\/?page_id=557","title":{"rendered":"Lab Project Storage Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You are welcome to store physical projects in the lab, but to keep the space organized and fair for everyone, please follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storage Rules<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grey Plastic Boxes and Labeling<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All physical projects must be stored in the designated&nbsp;grey plastic boxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each box must be&nbsp;clearly labeled&nbsp;with:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact information&nbsp;(name and email or phone number)*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A&nbsp;start date&nbsp;(can be updated if the project is extended)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For long-term projects, include an&nbsp;expected end date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong>&nbsp;If&nbsp;any&nbsp;of the above information is missing, your project may be removed&nbsp;at any time.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cleanup Schedule<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Projects\u00a0without an end date, or with a\u00a0start date older than 6 months, will be\u00a0recycled into the lab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projects from the&nbsp;autumn semester&nbsp;will be&nbsp;cleared in the first week of July&nbsp;the following year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projects from the&nbsp;spring semester&nbsp;will be&nbsp;cleared in September&nbsp;of the same year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Help Spread the Word<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These rules help keep the lab functional and organized.
